Events Direct, in the event and meeting planning business for 20 years, is embarking on a new "one-step" innovative program for event planning. We are presently in the process of seeking out credible representatives throughout the world for the event resource section of our Web Site, "www.eventsdirect.com". Representatives or our "partners", will share the profits made through the events and meetings booked with their vendors through our organization.
This is how it works: 1. A Corporate Planner enters our Events Direct Web Site and selects the region in which the event will take place. There they will find unlimited resources for their meeting and/or event in that particular region with your vendors listed therein. Each of these vendors will have been assigned individual codes by you to secure your resources. Only you will know this code. 2. You, our representative, become the liaison between our client and the vendors in your region of the world. You then have the exclusivity and the security of identifying your own vendors by their codes. 3. As corporate clients contact Events Direct through our Web Site and book their functions, we turn to you, our representative in that geographical area. Events Direct then matches our Client's needs with your vendor's codes, and within a 24-hour period, a contract can be negotiated with all involved. This exact formula happens in reverse making all the resources from around the world in our "ER" available to you as well. 4. You, the representative, will negotiate the best price from your vendor. You will give Events Direct your best price including your commission. Events Direct will in turn present your service and all charges to our client in order to meet our client's special needs and budget.5. All representatives will be required to sign a simple "Representatives" agreement which will secure both parties, and all involved must be insurable for a minimum of One Million Dollars in liability coverage. |
